I sent a message that I started having issues with the
tablet. It started dying way too fast. They said to purchase a new charger. I
did and still having the issue. Now it's just shutting off and takes a long to
reboot or turn back on.
UPDATE: Becky from customer service reached out to me and was awesome!!!!!! She
made sure that I got a replacement. She confirmed that they stand behind their
product and they sure did. I and my daughter are happy campers. Thanks so much, Becky for your excellent service, patience, and superb service!!! Will
definitely recommend it!

This tablet has been awesome! My son has loved it thus far.
However, it hasn't been a year since we purchased it and my son already broke
the screen...The tablet still works surprisingly lol So I'll give it that! I
don't know how it happened, if he stepped on it, he only weighs 20 lbs, he's
tiny! We are so sad this happened as I know it probably isn't gonna last the
full year :( Other than the screen not being the best, it's still a great
tablet.

So bought this item while I was on vacation in the USA,
I am from Africa. Six months later my son broke the screen and no screen
replacement could be found in Africa. I thought I could order it online with no
success. When I got the opportunity to go back to the states last week, I
reached out to the supplier/amazon to see if they could direct me on how to get
a screen replacement.
My email was promptly responded to by a lovely lady called Becky, I told her I
would be in the states for 1 week and desperately needed a screen replacement
since I couldn't afford to buy a new tablet. She told me that unfortunately
there were no screen replacements however she could arrange for a brand-new
tablet. I could not believe what I was reading, she request a US address
where they could ship it in 5 business days. I am very happy to say that indeed
after 5 days I received a brand-new iPad.
I would like to deeply thank Becky for her awesome customer service and Amazon for your amazing policies. I am a satisfied customer and my son is very
happy.

L'ho comprato per mio nipote di 6 anni perché usa
sempre il mio telefono per guardare o giocare ai suoi giochi o andare online.
Quindi ho acquistato questo tablet per bambini da 10,1 pollici per lui e lui
semplicemente lo adora. Il tablet è ben fatto e super resistente e facile da
tenere nelle sue piccole mani. Lo schermo è facile da usare e molto facile da
navigare.
Era subito disponibile dal venditore e ho fatto l’acquisto,ricevendo il
pacchetto in pochissimo tempo !
Questo tablet è stato davvero fantastico per una serie di motivi. Uno, è
estremamente resistente, il tablet è costruito con un paraurti di sicurezza
attorno, quindi è molto più difficile danneggiarlo. Lo schermo è invertito
all'interno del paraurti, quindi se il tablet cade sulla "faccia" è
meno probabile che si rompa rispetto a un normale tablet. Due, le sue
caratteristiche sono proprio come gli altri tablet. Puoi scaricare app per
giocare/apprendimento, utilizzare Zoom, guardare YouTube, navigare in Internet,
scattare foto, inviare documenti/immagini ad altri dispositivi tramite cloud,
ecc. Le impostazioni ti consentono di connetterti al Wi-Fi, impostare il
controllo genitori e proteggerlo con password . Le dimensioni dello schermo
sono molto generose, è un touch screen ma include anche uno stilo e un
caricabatterie. Ha anche un cavalletto/maniglia in modo da poter guardare i
video a mani libere seduti.
Il touch screen funziona molto bene e velocemente, e una pellicola protettiva è
già attaccata al display.
Il collegamento alla WLAN è stato semplice, è stato visualizzato immediatamente
e bastava abilitare l'accesso con una password.
Ho provato il tablet per la prima volta. Dopo alcune impostazioni, siamo
riusciti a trovare e scaricare le prime applicazioni nel Google Play Store
preinstallato. Nostro nipote gioca a giochi classici per far passare il tempo
ai più piccoli. Ha anche visto diversi film per bambini con il tablet e non ha
avuto alcuna difficoltà . Secondo me, la qualità dell'immagine è molto buona ed
è abbastanza facile per i più piccoli, poiché tutto può essere riconosciuto con
precisione a prima vista. La batteria integrata dura da 1 a 2 giorni, il che è
completamente sufficiente per le nostre esigenze.
