I like many of the reviews I’ve seen on here
about the Lenovo Desktops having the computer freeze quite a bit out of the box
and also a blue screen now and then, as well as very long boot times. So
looking into it, the first thing that needs to be done if you have long boot
times out of the box is hitting ESC until you get the boot screen. Go in and
change the boot to your SSD instead of whatever they left it on, this boots the
computer up right away. Second, go to settings, go to recovery, reset pc and
removed everything, and reinstall Windows completely. Whatever they’re doing
when they install Windows for the first time on this system is corrupted
somehow. I haven’t had a problem with it freezing since (knock on wood).
Otherwise, this computer was everything I was hoping it would be. I do plan on
building my own monster PC one of these days (when I have the time and cash to
blow), but this is more than just a great starter PC since I got the 64GB of
RAM and 2TB SSD.
