My light is plugged into the wall and it comes on but then turns off after a short amount of time. About 15 minutes. Is there a timer?

I purchased this item in April 2021, it’s December 2021 and it stopped working completely! I noticed that it started flickering a lot for a couple months and at times it would turn off on its own, but now it’s done. I properly took care of it, unplugged it when not in use, etc. this product is defective and not worth $30+

A: Try plugging it in another way. When I plugged it in for the first time using an iPhone adapter. The lights never fully illuminated. They just flickered. It isn't due to the ring light. Whatever wall 0lug you are charging it into isn't strong enough output. You can't put it in a generic one. You need to use one that is similar to your original phone. If I plug them into my Samsung wall piece it works. It won't stay on if I plug it into one of my many cheap Walmart ones.
