So I wouldn't say it tastes good but that's bc
you're getting an unsweetened version. With the right supplemental ingredients, you can't even taste the protein. Also not gritty at all like the older
versions. Doesn't cause gas and bloating like whey protein. Usually, when I use
protein supplements it has an adverse effect on my digestive system but using
this I can honestly say I'm not affected. I like that its unsweetened bc I can
add whatever I want like dates or honey. I add unsweetened cocoa powder to my
shakes and it all mixes well. Overall I'm pleased.
