Answer:
Ignore the "more for less" comment from 2013. The
sugar-free version only requires 2/3 of the amount the sugared does.
It is more cost-effective than the regular with sugar if the containers are the
same price.
The sugar-free containers have 28 servings, and the sugared only 17 servings. This
info is directly from the packaging.

Yes. Decaffeinated coffee contains a small amount of caffeine.
More importantly, the ingredients list cocoa. Although cocoa does not
technically contain caffeine, it has theobromine which is basically the same
thing as caffeine. It is like selling a product that says “glucose free” when
it is packed with fructose.

Yes, the sugar-free cappuccino flavors contain 35 mg of
caffeine per serving, and all the other regular cappuccino flavors it
contains 40 mg of caffeine per serving.

I'm pretty diligent about reading labels, but this is one
thing I just don't bother to read the label because I know it's not a
"healthy" thing. I just enjoy having a mug most afternoons since my sister
introduced this to me some years ago. Sadly it's harder to find at my local
store lately, but Amazon is to the rescue. My only beef is that the sugar-free
doesn't dissolve all too well. You can mix and mix until the cows come home and
often you still have clumps in there. I does seem better if you pour very
hot/boiling water over the powder vs adding the powder on top of the hot water.
My favorite flavor is French vanilla, but sometimes I have the mocha flavor
with a drop of peppermint oil in it for a yummy treat.
