what
is the height from the floor to the top of the armrest when the chair is in
the lowest position?
Answer:
It is just about 29 inches. This height is with polyurethane
wheels that did not come with the chair. These wheels seem to be slightly
higher than the wheels it came with - about 1/2 inch taller.

The height of the cushion ranges from 17 to 20 inches. It's
incredibly short for a chair.

Can
the armrests be lowered or removed?
Answer:
I tried both ways with and without the arms. And without the
arms, I feel like the back of the chair will extend too far and break. However,
if you are able to still find comfort, I loosened the screws at the top of the
armrest and only used the first holes at the bottom of the chair armrest. Gave a little more…

The armrests are separate pieces of the assembly. They
can't be lowered but if you don't want them, you can leave them off.

One person says they don't come off, and another says they can.
Looking a the photos, they look like they can, but does the back flex if you
do? Does it lose integrity by removing the arms?

Being active, a fixer-upper, and an assembler of new products,
tho a female over 80, boy I had a tough time putting this chair together! Took
a few hours; the holes did not line up very well, and the top was the worst.
Consequently, one area is w/o a bolt where there should be 2 & hope it is
sufficient! The second hole just did not line up—
And a lot of muscle would have helped, which I did not have. Extra screws
should not have been needed if lined up correctly- discarded some & used
those extras! So some of my muscles worked! Even where I did not tighten until
all were in sufficiently, as my daddy taught me—
How the chair will work for me with a bad back & neck, time will tell - it sure
is pretty blue, fits well under my computer desk, swivels nicely, raises &
lowers well, looks like a more expensive chair than it is, and seems very
sturdy! Looking forward to using it w/o one bolt, seems tight, for a long time!

the chairs are great I've owned them for three years they
still work great the wheels are fine the spin is fine. The support is great.
What I like most of all is the height you can change from low to high and from
high to low. The one problem is that over three years the screws keep falling
out I've had to replace the four times other than that they are fine. If you do
buy these, be aware of the screws the always fall out so have extra handy for
when they do. Also, in all these years the wheels have never been clogged the
wheels are undoubtedly the best part of the chair. There is a certain weight
you have to be to lower the chairs I believe that it is around sixty pounds it
might change with a different chair. this is a great product, and I would and
have bought it again
I measured the with between the armrests and it came out around 17 inches which
is enough width for me
I had to put a pillow on the back to get the support I need.
the wheels work well on wood and marble but don't roll that well on carpet or
mats
when it does roll it is pretty loud. I don't like that that much but its what
it is
