Very comfortable, especially with the lumbar support for my
lower back. The box included everything that was supposed to be there. Assembly
was straightforward, they stated 15 mins to put together but it's more like 30
mins or so after unwrapping parts, identifying everything, and making sure all the
bolts are tightened correctly and aligned. The quality seems to be pretty good so
far. The only gripe I have is that the stitching of the Eagles logo was slightly
off with the shading around the eye or lack thereof, not too noticeable, but
if you look hard enough you'll notice. Nevertheless, I would still recommend
the chair at this price point.
